History:
(Incredible Hulks I#627) - When the Hulk stole a mystic urn from a Rome museum, General Bart Gladwell attended a N.A.T.O. summit to discuss the threat, and received a briefing on the urn, and its connections to Pandora, from Dr. Sofia di Cosimo. Bruce Banner showed up at the summit and stated that the Hulk wasn't behind the threat. As security closed in, Banner changed to Hulk and fled with Sofia.

(Incredible Hulks I#628) - Aboard a flying airship, Gladwell tried apprehending the Knights of Rome and Tyrannus, who held the urn and Sofia. Gladwell ordered them to surrender, but Tyrannus fired on Gladwell's ship, disabling it. Hulk and Red She-Hulk stopped Gladwell's ship from crashing, and Gladwell deputized Hulk as a United Nations special operative, then ordered him to go after Tyrannus, who had boarded a massive flying ship the size of a castle. Gladwell's scientists realized the Knights were magic-based, and they worked with Amadeus Cho to arm Hulk and Red She-Hulk to be able to handle the threats. Soon, Tyrannus began manipulating the energies of the urn and attacked.

(Incredible Hulks I#629) - Gladwell fired missiles at Tyrannus, who easily overcame them. Soon, Hulk triumphed over Tyrannus.
