can cast minute aluminum dust particles that can poison human lungs,
even penetrate skin by forceful touch and concentration.

manifested, by approximation)

History:
(Marvel Mystery Comics#24/7 (fb) - BTS) - The
War-Dust people, composed of "War-Dust" in the War-Dust Dimension (also
called the War-Dust World) worshiped war, fighting wars on a grand
scale with advanced and elaborate weapons for slaughter and
destructions. They hated the peace-loving "Smoke-Men" from another
dimension. However, they sought expansion to wage new wars; one
warrior, Grosso, found access to Earth using the aluminum dust
generated in American factories manufacturing weaponry.
(Marvel
Mystery Comics#24/7) - Grosso manifested in physical form from metallic
dust at an American arms factory. Grosso answered the workers'
amazement with threats and destruction. Drawn by the chaos, the Vision
(Aarkus, from the "Smoke Men"'s dimension) materialized via smoke
from a nearby furnace and attacked, but Grosso caused an explosion as
diversion to escape. Soon, Grosso struck at a warplane factory, but
Aarkus was ready for him and they fought. Aarkus used a fire
extinguisher whose chemicals somehow paralyzed Grosso's arm, but the
warmonger cast aluminum dust in a ventilator fan to scatter and poison
workers to distract Aarkus, who stopped his plan. Grosso leapt onto
Aarkus, trying to penetrate Aarkus' skin with aluminum into his
bloodstream and kill him, but Aarkus toppled a vat of molten lead onto
Grosso, apparently destroying him. Aarkus returned to the Smoke
Dimension.

A pity we never get to see or learn anything more about the War-Dust Dimension or its denizens. Could there be some sort of connection to a war god...?
