Powers/Abilities: Harrowbeasts a large
reptilian creatures covered with a thick hide, with presumably armored
scutes running along the front of its chest and abdomen. They have a
short-thick tail, and appear to travel on their back legs, with the
smaller, shorter arms able to grasp and pick up ojects or beings,
despite their thumb-spike not being mobile. A male harrowbeast can pick
up an adult male, armored Imperial with one hand.
Their heads are scaled, with prominent ridges. They have sharp, teeth of varying size and shape on both their mandibles and maxillae, and they have no visible external nasal structure. Their tongues are a blue-gray structure.
Traits: During the rutting (breeding period), the Harrowbeasts are especially savage, attacking outsiders.

Fingers: Three (including a semi-opposing thumb-spike)

History:

Sakaar#1 (fb)) <552 Post (see comments)> - In the plains of Upper Vandro , a
rutting harrowbeast encountered the Father
Emperor alongside some of his soldiers, including Yenrag, while they
were hunting.
In a vain effort to protect the much more powerful but now somewhat elderly Angmo, Yenrag stepped in the beast's path and was swiftly struck down.
However, Axeman Bone, a powerful Imperial Prime who had escaped an
order of death to all such beings then appeared and suddenly slew the
Harrowbeast with an axe to the back.
After the creature collapsed to the ground, Axeman Bone explained that he just didn't want the monster killing Angmo I as that that was a privilege he claimed for himself.

Harrow is a verb meaning to cause distress to, as well as noun referring to an implement with a heavy set of teeth dragged over ploughed land to break up clods, remove weeds, and cover seed (and a verb meaning to use a device for this end). Either definition fits fairly well...scary with a sharp set of teeth...
The Sakaarian calendar system starts at the year of birth of the pldest known ancestor of the Father Emperor, Angmo I. The Gladiator Guidebook, published on Sakaar in 566 Post, took place shortly after the Hulk's arrival, which would make the encounter with the harrowbeast and Axeman Bone (and the death of Angmo Ias having taken place 14 years prior to that.
