Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Horn of Harrowing is a giant horn which can be used to summon the Lords of the Splinter Realms.

History:

(Magik II#4 - BTS) - The Horn of Harrowing is an immense horn located in Limbo (Otherplace), created to call upon the Lords of the Splinter Realms. Only intended to be used in times of great peril, it’s clarion call would signal in the last stand.

(Magik II#4) - Mistress of Limbo, Amanda Sefton decided to use the horn to rally the Lords of the Splinter Realms when the realms had come under attack by the Archenemy, an absolute force of magical evil sprung from a machine created to assemble, catalog, and codify a database of arcane lore from all sources. After sounding the horn, over a billion of fighting beings charged into fray.

Although unreleased it seems likely the Horn of Harrowing would’ve been created by the joined efforts of the Lords of the Splinter Realms. As described in the story, all of the hellish realms were once one and had been splintered to prevent the rise of a being of absolute power as such there was the Horn to summon the Lords of the Splinter Realms.

It remains unclear where in Limbo (Otherplace) the Horn was located the story noted “the upper battlements” so presumably somewhere where Limbo borders on the other realms.
