History:
(Black Panther III#59 (fb) - BTS) - A police officer who used the
nickname the Jinx allied with other cops, including Eddie X, Daz, and
Kasper Cole, under the leadership of Sgt. Francis Tork. They focused on
taking down criminals like corrupt cop Sal Anthony and the 66 Bridges
Gang. Under unknown circumstances, Jinx, Eddie, and Daz ended up in
intensive care. During that time, Tork was killed in the line of duty.
(Black Panther III#59) - Out of the hospital, Jinx, Eddie, and Daz met Cole at Tork's funeral, and they discussed the ongoing threat of 66 Bridges. Jinx believed Anthony was responsible for Tork's death. They then saw Sam Wilson (Falcon) at the funeral.
