First Appearance:  Doom 2099 I#18 (June, 1994)

Powers/Abilities: The Linstrea fly through the air, creating patterns of harmonic resonance that shape the sound-sensitive crystal gardens on the surface of Tsomnaia.

    They apparently reproduce sexually, although just how that works given their appearance is unrevealed.

Traits: The only thing revealed is that the passionate rhythm of their mating song has created jungles of crystal on their planet.

Type:  Unrevealed (perhaps crystalline or energy forms; they look somewhat like angular butterflies,)
Eyes: Unrevealed (apparently none from the images shown)
Fingers: Unrevealed (apparently none from the images shown)

Average height: Unrevealed (there is no frame of reference, and where they are inches or feet in height/length is impossible to tell)

History:
(Doom 2099 I#18 (fb)) - The Linstrea's patterns of harmonic resonance has shaped the sound-sensitive crystal gardens on the surface of their planet, Tsomnaia.

(Doom 2099 I#18 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, the Linstrea communed with the Y'Lestja, an energy/consciousness collective race who traveled the universe, merging their consciousness with apparently all beings on a planet and sharing the collective knowledge they have gained.

    The Linstrea are shown in a single panel, so that's all we've got to go on.

    They existed in the state described at some point prior to the Y'Lestja's traveling to Earth in Earth's year 2099 A.D. It is unrevealed how far into the past they have existed.

    IF Reality-928 shares a common history with Reality-616, then it would stand that the Linstrea exist in Reality-616 as well, but perhaps the Linstrea encountered Galactus or the Ebon-Seeker or the Black Stars or some similar being/race that had slaughtered multitudes of beings and races in the past.

• LINNEA race of Reality-77119 (Fylla) - 50 year war with Rumati ended by Silver Surfer by taking away their weaponry--Silver Surfer: Requiem#3
• ELFQUEEN (Linnea) - "20,000 year old sorceress, widow of Gorn, lived sequestered in an isolated glade in hills of Virginia, maintained youth of herself and Gorn until modern times, went on rampage after Gorn was killed by police in outside world, convinced to leave in peace by Captain America--Avengers I#212
• other "Lin" characters, races, etc.
  

Tsomnaia is a planet in unidentified solar system, unidentified galaxy, Reality-928 circa 2099 A.D.
