Powers/Abilities: Nullans are short and
of
stocky build. Their arms are long in proportion to their
bodies, enough for them to easily reach the ground without bending.
Each of their fingers end in sharp, claw-like nails. Some Nullans have
been shown to be bald while others sported black hair long enough to be
put into a ponytail.
Traits: Nullans have a natural talent for healing others, including off-world species, using exotic plants of their homeworld. They do still require that knowledge to be taught to them by their elders. Nullans have been described as peaceful, giving and kind, never waging war against one another and gladly offering their healing knowledge to off-world visitors.

History:
(Thanos II#2 (fb) - BTS) - The Nullans were the native sentient
inhabitants of Nulla, a planet in the Centron system. Nulla was
considered exotic for its varied flora, which healing properties made
it famous across Nulla's galaxy. The Nullans themselves were considered
both beautiful and peaceful, living in harmony with nature and never
waging wars or developing advanced technologies. They had an affinity
for healing, which they happily gave to all who needed it, with many
coming to Nulla for treatment from across the galaxy. The Nullan
civilization had been relatively static for tens of thousands of years.
A village of Nullans was the citadel of their knowledge, which their
elders taught to the young. The Nullans believed in reincarnation and
that spirits of their departed were absorbed into Nulla's soil before
eventually being reborn.
(Thanos II#2) - When mad Titan Thanos became afflicted by a mysterious disease which threatened his life, he came to Nulla in search of a cure. Thanos burned the Nullan village and killed several Nullans but failed to find a cure for his ailment.

The galaxy in which the Centron system is located was never specified.
Nullan feet are only visible in two panels and appear to be short and thick, with no visible toes.
Nullan height is approximated from the panel in which Thanos holds his victim (seen above on the left), accounting for Thanos' raised arm and the perspective.
Whether the village attacked by Thanos is the only Nullan settlement on the planet has not been explicitly stated.
