History:
(Micronauts
I#26/2: Tales of the Microverse (fb) - BTS) - Shortly after Karza
overtook Argon as his host body, Princess Mari (aka Marionette)
returned to Homeworld, and representatives from various races were asked to travel to Homeworld
for a meeting of the Planetary Council.
These representatives swiftly made the journey to Homeworld.
.
.
(Micronauts I#26/2: Tales of the Microverse - BTS) <48 Xats after Mari's return to Homeworld> - The Planetary Council gathered on Homeworld to discuss how they might oppose Karza. Mari discussed how Karza, mind-merged with Argon, had journeyed through the Spacewall to Earth. Esmera, Pharoid, and Gra'hm noted how races associated with Karza -- notably the Kronos, Phobos, Centauri, Lobros, and Reptos -- had grown more bold and aggressive. The ambassador from Spartak further shared how a strange group of faceless priests had invaded the sacred Temple of the Rock and resurrected the slain Prince Shaitan. (Micronauts I#26/2: Tales of the Microverse) - After noting how Karza had usurped the Enigma Force from Arcturus Rann, Mari sought to bypass Karza's control of the Enigma Force by contacting the Shadow Priests directly. However, ambassadors witnessed with shock and horror that Karza held the Time Travelers in bondage. |
(Micronauts I#28) - Acroyears of Spartak, Homeworld residents, Insectivorids of Kaliklak, and the Knights of Neep "and other worlds too numerous to mention" (presumably including Qor and B'zzk and the other member worlds of the Planetary Council) had ships in the battle fleet that traveled through the Spacewall to Earth to aid the Micronauts and S.H.I.E.L.D. against Karza's forces; they gained access after Shaitan -- feeling betrayed by Karza -- sealed the portal to Karza's forces but allowed his enemies access. Ultimately, King Acroyear sacrificed Spartak's Worldmind -- summoned and already doomed by Shaitain -- and Esmera sacrificed herself via her suicide sting to defeat Karza. |

I'm not sure why Homeworld would have three representatives in the Planetary Council, although the Zones are like different, interconnected worlds. Even accounting for that, both Mari and Slug would represent First Zone. I think Slug, as the bethrothed of King Argon, would have been the representative, while Mari spoke to detail the threat of Karza.

CLARIFICATIONS:
The Planetary Council of the Microverse has no known connections to:
The ambassador from Spartak (Micronauts I#26/2: Tales of the Microverse - BTS) - In response to the threat of Baron Karza's return, a representative from Spartak was asked to travel to Homeworld for a meeting of the Planetary Council. The acroyear ambassador made the journey. (Micronauts I#26/2: Tales of the Microverse) - After Mari discussed how Karza, mind-merged with Argon, had journeyed through the Spacewall to Earth, the ambassador from Spartak, asked if that was not where Spartak's king, Acroyear, now sojouned. Mari confirmed this, noting how Karza had allied with the terrestrial terrorist organization Hydra on the world of giants. The ambassador from Spartak further shared how a strange group of faceless priests had invaded the sacred Temple of the Rock and resurrected the slain Prince Shaitan. (Micronauts I#26/2: Tales of the Microverse) - When Mari sought to bypass Karza's control of the Enigma Force by contacting the Shadow Priests directly, the ambassadors witnessed with shock and horror that Karza held the Time Travelers in bondage. The ambassdor from Spartak noted that with Karza in command of the Enigma Force, this may well be the last war any of them would ever fight. --Micronauts I#26/2 |
An ambassador from an unidentified world, he appeared to be grossly human in appearance. He was summoned to Homeworld with the rest of the Planetary Council, and he remained silent as Karza's threat was discussed. He stared sternly as it was revealed that Karza had taken control of the Time Travelers. --Micronauts I#26/2 Note: Other human-like races in the Microverse proper include the Ecbatani (see Laios), Mirwood (see Pearla), and formerly the Paridisians (see Galactic Defender), Sylosians., and Yttians (see Hyperion/Zhib Ran) Other human races not in the Microverse proper -- although all such Microverses are not allegedly mergegd -- include the Gilliams,Terragonians (see Kronak), and the people of Bast, Other Realm, Starron (see Sky-Walker), |
An ambassador from an unidentified world, he
appeared to be grossly humanoid in configuration, but with orange skin.
The facial features look a little non-human, but we can only see the
edge of the front of his(?) face. There is also some sort of irregular
pattern on the back of the skull. He was summoned to Homeworld with the rest of the Planetary Council. After Maru greeted them, he(?) asked her to tell them what she knew of the revival of Baron Karza. He remained silent as Karza's threat was subsequently discussed. He stared silently at the viewscreen as it was shown that Karza had taken control of the Time Travelers. --Micronauts I#26/2 Note: This member can be partially seen from behind to the right of the ambassador from Spartak in that final panel where they see Karza and the Time Travelers. |
