Powers/Abilities: A being from the Microverse, a dimension accessed via the energies of shrinking, Psycho-Woman is tiny in Earth's universe and wears a (relatively) gigantic armored suit to interact with our universe. The armor provides her with superhuman strength and durability, can fire energy blasts and incorporates a signal-jamming device.

Her primary weapon is her emotion-manipulating Control Box. Unlike her father's, which generates fear, doubt and anger, she designed hers to magnify the emotions she felt after the Fantastic Four destroyed him: envy, disgust and total emotional nullity.

She also controls a number of Microverse cyborgs.

Height: Variable
Weight: Variable
Eyes: Unrevealed; armor's eyes are pink
Hair: Unrevealed; armor has none

History: (Fantastic Four Annual III#32 (fb)) - Seeking revenge on the heroes who had repeatedly foiled her father's plans, Psycho-Woman used a human-mimicking android body to drug Johnny Storm and another clubgoer, Amy Brys. She then used micro-cyborgs to collect Storm's DNA and impregnate Brys with it. She intended to use the Torch's tissue and that of his offspring to grow an army of cosmic warriors. She hid within Storm's body herself, hoping to lure the rest of the FF inside. While there, she used her Control Box to cloud Mister Fantastic's mind with envy, preventing him from deducing her scheme.

(Fantastic Four Annual III#32) - As planned, Brys found herself pregnant and came to the Baxter Building. Finding cyborgs inside the Torch, the Invisible Woman and the Thing miniaturized themselves and ventured inside the Torch's body to eliminate them. Inside, they found Psycho-Woman lying in wait for them. While Mr. Fantastic miniaturized himself to join the others inside Johnny, Psycho-Woman sent one of her cyborgs to attack, capture and lobotomize the Torch and Brys. She blasted a small hole in Storm's body from the inside, forcing Reed to stitch it up with his own malleable body, then turned the Thing mad with disgust and deadened all of the Invisible Woman's emotions.

Although Psycho-Woman claimed the effect was irreversible, the Thing overcame his disgust and counterattacked while Sue was snapped out of it when she heard her children, Franklin and Valeria. The Thing then smashed Psycho-Woman's armor, stealing her heat-shield and using it to shield himself and his teammates. Reed finally commanded Johnny to flame on, apparently incinerating Psycho-Woman inside him as he destroyed her last cyborg.

Comments: Created by Joe Ahearne, Bryan Hitch, and Andrew Currie.

Psycho-Woman claims the FF "destroyed" her father - I'm not sure if she means literally or figuratively, via their multiple defeats of his schemes. If it's the former, he was currently alive when this Annual came out but maybe news travels slowly in the Microverse.

Psycho-Woman's coloration is misleading for most of the issue, as seen in the main image - given that it takes place inside a human body, the lighting is, understandably, a little weird. When the Invisible Woman uses her powers on her, as seen in the second image, we can see that Psycho-Woman's armor has the same green-and-white color scheme as her father's.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Psycho-Woman, Microverse villain, should not be confused with:

...but has no known connections to:

cyborgs

(Fantastic Four Annual III#32 (fb)) - Psycho-Woman brought a number of cyborgs with her from the Microverse to get revenge on the Fantastic Four. A number of them extracted DNA from a drugged Human Torch and implanted it in Amy Brys, impregnating her.

(Fantastic Four Annual III#32) - Psycho-Woman's cyborgs attacked the Torch and Amy Brys out in the street and were soon engaged by the rest of the Fantastic Four. The FF destroyed the creatures and Mr. Fantastic recognized their Microverse origins. He sent a miniaturized Invisible Woman inside Johnny, where she battled and destroyed a number of the cyborgs. Later, after both the Thing and Mr. Fantastic also ventured inside Johnny to battle Psycho-Woman, one final cyborg invaded the Baxter Building, looking for the Torch and intending to lobotomize him. Unable to flame on due to the people inside him, the Torch and Brys evaded the creature until the rest of the FF defeated Psycho-Woman and stole her heat shield, allowing Johnny to use his powers to destroy the creature and incinerate its mistress within him.

Psycho-Woman's cyborgs were crustacean-like creatures that could fire paralysis rays or destructive energy beams. They also had hard shells and long tentacles.
