I'm assuming his height and weight are the same as the regular Hulk, but that might not be the case, and even if it is, the regular Hulk has fluctuated a lot.
The main image comes from the Mighty Marvel Calendar 1976, which celebrated the United States Bicentennial with suitably themed images from U.S. history but with added Marvel characters. Thus for February we got the Hulk in George Washington's army. While the majority of the other images could only fit into Earth-616 (mainstream Marvel) continuity if it was showing heroes who had time-traveled into the past, the Hulk image was one of the few exceptions. While this could be a temporally displaced Bruce Banner, or an alternate reality Banner who lived in the 1700s rather than the 20th/21st century, given the period-appropriate clothing and the number of other people we've seen transform into Hulk-lookalikes over the years, it's conceivable that this is a 616 Hulk who existed back in the time of the Revolutionary War. After all, we've got a Captain America in the same era. Why not a Hulk?
