History:
(Jubilee I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Dale Spangler, one of the popular kids at
Dayton-Noble High School in Los Angeles, California, had a romantic
relationship with Missy Lopez.
(Jubilee I#1) - At Twin Pines Mall, Dale and his friends, including Missy and Amber, ran into fellow students Meg Devereaux and Jubilee, a new student at the school. Dale heard that Missy and Amber had picked a fight with Jubilee, accusing her of eyeing Dale, and that Jubilee had won the fight, causing Missy and Amber to receive injuries. Dale personally apologized to Jubilee for their attack on her.
(Jubilee I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Dale broke up with Missy, and learned Jubilee was a mutant.
(Jubilee I#2) - Dale questioned Jubilee about her mutant powers, and then made sure she knew that he was single. The next day, when Jubilee tried asking Dale out, he told her that he and Missy were back together.
(Jubilee I#3) - After breaking up with Missy again, Dale informed Jubilee and Meg that there was an upcoming school dance that was also a fundraiser. Dale later confided in Jubilee and Meg that he was trying to find an affordable way to print flyers for the dance.
(Jubilee I#4) - Dale was flirting with Sarah Ammerman when Missy saw him. He immediately told Missy that he loved her, but Missy was furious.
(Jubilee I#5) - Dale went to the dance alone, where he asked Meg to dance.
(Jubilee I#6) - Meg left the dance with Dale.
