History:
(Wolverine and the X-Men I#16 (fb) - BTS) - Anthony Tamazzotti became known as Tony Tapioca because his victims tended to look like pudding after he was finished with them. When he was arrested, Tony's bathtub was full of the blood and remains of many victims. In Ryker's Island, he became known as the toughest inmate and others knew not to mess with him.

(Wolverine and the X-Men I#16) - When 12-year-old Kade Kilgore was admitted to Ryker's, he sought to establish himself as important, so he spit in Tony's ice cream, then offered vast amounts of cash to any inmate or guard that made Tony bleed. Tony was attacked by dozens of others and badly beaten.
