History:
(Ringo Kid#8/1 (fb) - BTS) - Outlaw Spider Webb and
the fugitive Ringo Kid had an encounter in Yuma, but Webb
double-crossed the Kid and got away. Ringo Kid sought to even the score
and pursued him; neither realized that a U.S. marshal was closing in on
Webb. Meanwhile, Webb arrived in the small town of Pronghorn with two
henchmen, apparently ignored by the local sheriff and his two deputies.
(Ringo Kid#8/1) - The Ringo Kid locked up the town's
lawmen so that he could confront Webb uninterrupted. Alerted, Webb sent
his two henchmen to shoot the Ringo Kid as he walked to his target, but
the Kid's Comanche ally Dull Knife warned him and the Ringo Kid
disarmed the hidden foes. In the gunfight, Webb was outdrawn by the Ringo Kid, who shot the guns
from his hands. But the arrival of the marshal provided distraction
that allowed Webb to quickly ride to his cliff-top hideout. The Ringo
Kid gave chase with Dull Knife while the marshal followed them in turn.
Webb climbed quickly up the granite spire to the top while the Ringo Kid
and Dull Knife made their way up cautiously and surprised the outlaw.
The Kid shot the holsters from Webb and a brutal brawling fist fight
followed; the Ringo Kid eventually had the advantage but Webb pulled
out a small handgun only to have it shot away by the marshal, who had
since climbed up as well and then arrested Webb with his warrant.

I think it's very safe to assume that Spider is just a nickname linked to his surname and not his actual first name.
And, of course, Spider Webb should not be confused with the drummer of the same name from the iconic English heavy metal band Bad News (a 1983 comedy documentary that preceded 1984's "This Is Spinal Tap").
