Earth X has its own continuity and its own books ("Earth X", "Universe X" and "Paradise X" among others), with familiar characters reinvented as decidedly different concepts. The storyline takes some wild leaps from Earth-616 continuity and is definitely an alternate reality, rather than a divergent one. Its core continuum designation is Earth-9997 I would not consider ANY events revealed on Earth X to have occurred on Earth-616 unless specifically discussed in an Earth-616 story.
