Powers/Abilities: The Stag Beetle possesses no superhuman powers. His body armor is strong enough to handle larger gunfire, though it is not completely invulnerable to it. He can also project some form of force blasts from at least one his gloves.

History:
(Spider-Man’s Tangled Webs#15): After completing the building of his exo-skeleton, the man known only as Krolnek emerged from the basement of the apartment complex where he lived and worked. Passing by several complaining tenants, he walked into his apartment to find his young daughter, Heather, blasting loud music and dancing on her bed. He became enraged when he saw she had put her Spider-Man posters back up on the wall, and tore them down again before sending her to bed. Once he believed she was asleep, he left and donned the Stag Beetle armor, and made his way to The First Amalgamated Bank of New York City. There, his attempt to break into and rob the building was interrupted by the NYPD, who exchanged firepower with him. Unbeknownst to him, Heather arrived at the Bank, as she’d heard the reports of a new super-villain in the area. She watched the Stag Beetle leave the bank with bags full of money. Shortly after, Spider-Man arrived on the scene, and Heather pointed him in the direction the Stag Beetle had left in.

Technically, Spider-Man is only listed as an enemy because it's assumed that he caught up with the Stag Beetle shortly after the last page of this single-issue story.

Amazingly, for a series that trampled all over documented continuity, this issue fits right in.

Heather Krolnek

Heather was a huge fan of Spider-Man and often fought with her father over her idol worship. After hearing about a new villain, The Stag Beetle, attacking a local bank, she went there to witness it and snuck into the bank. There, she watched as the Stag Beetle made off with the money. When Spider-Man arrived, Heather pointed him towards where the Beetle had gone. Afterwards, she realized by the bag the Beetle was using to carry the money that he was actually her dad.
