Powers/Abilities: Cole had no powers, but used a gun. He was presumably experienced in various forms of armed and unarmed combat.
History: (Thanos#7 (fb)) - When Cole was little, he was abducted by aliens, who then ditched him and abandoned him to a pan-galactic foster care system. He survived the best he could and eventually wound up with Omega Core, as a law enforcement officer/prison guard for the Kyln, an intergalactic prison.
(Thanos#7) - When Thanos came to the Kyln to contemplate his new role in the universe, he first had to undergo certain protocols. To get to the Kyln, he needed to be let through the security check by either Cole, Kika, or Swad. Cole was not in the mood to be accommodating and simply told Thanos to go away, unaware that he was talking to Thanos. Eventually he got a little frustrated with Thanos, at which point Thanos revealed his identity to the three law enforcement officers, all of whom panicked. Cole was completely unsure of what to do, and was reasonably scared when Kika shot Thanos in the face. Thanos simply repeated his request to be let through to the Kyln. Cole let Thanos through rather than risk his life in denying Thanos access. He accompanied Thanos to a teleporter to the Kyln. On the way, he explained how he ended up there to Thanos and was shocked to see Thanos kill a Skrull.
(Thanos#8) - Cole argued with Swad about his having let Thanos through to the Kyln. Cole insisted that there was no other way to get rid of Thanos and that it was the wisest choice to let him through. Cole also argued that there was no way that Swad could possibly have killed Thanos, and after insulting Swad's religion, was physically threatened by Swad.
(Thanos#9 (fb)) - When things went drastically wrong down at the Kyln shortly following Cole letting Thanos through, Cole told his superiors that it was Swad that let Thanos through and not him.
(Thanos#9) - Cole was surprised that Swad was not going to say, "I told you so," regarding the fact that Thanos' arrival coincided with a prison riot. Cole continued to argue that nothing proved that Thanos had anything to do with the riot. When Swad was called in to be briefed about the Thanos situation, Cole ran away, knowing that when Swad was finished being briefed, he would be very angry at Cole for accusing him of letting Thanos through.
(Thanos#10) - In order to avoid Swad's vengeance for a bit longer, Cole joined with several other law enforcement officers to go and settle the prison riot at the Kyln with brute force.
(Thanos#11) - By the time they got there, Thanos had already fixed the situation at the Kyln. Cole was present when every inmate was given a booster shot of nano-technology into their system to keep them in line. Cole also was a little upset to hear that since Thanos ended up quelling the volatile situation in the Kyln, Swad was getting a commendation for allegedly letting him through.
(Thanos#12) - Cole was attacked by Swad for his lying to Swad's superiors.
(Annihalation Prolouge#1) - Cole was killed when the Kyln was destroyed by a sudden attack by countless incredibly powerful ships of the Annihilation Wave that emerged from the crunch. He offered absolution to Swad before his death.

Kika
Kika was an extra-terrestrial who somehow ended up working alongside Cole and Swad as a law enforcement officer at the Kyln. She was with Cole when Thanos barged in and requested entrance to the Kyln, and shot Thanos in the face in her panic. She was censured for letting Thanos through along with Swad and Cole, and advised Cole to run away before Swad heard that Cole accused Swad of letting Thanos go to the Kyln to their superiors. She later tried to convince Swad that it was really no big deal that he got censured and that no harm was done. She was shocked to learn that it was Swad's first time being censured. Following the destruction of the Kyln, she joined the United Front led by Nova (Richard Rider) to oppose the Annihilation Wave.
