Powers/Abilities: None. Paulie controlled a small part of criminal business in town.

History:

(MCP#101/4 (fb) ): Paulie did business with booze, women, gambling and drugs. With all the money he made he got himself a nice house, two muscular bodyguards and a wife who made his life a living hell. Paulie's wife tried to force him to quit smoking.

(MCP#101/4): Frank Castle dressed himself up as the meter man and visited Paulie. The bodyguards didn't find any weapons on him. Paulie began to sweat when Frank asked him if he could smoke a cigarette. He asked Paulie if he wanted one too, but before Paulie could take one his wife arrived at the scene and screamed at Paulie. Frank continued to do his work and left afterwards. The bodyguards didn't leave Paulie alone for one second the whole time, but Frank had a better plan already in motion. He left the pack of cigarettes behind and Paulie found it and took it to his bedroom. Paulie tried to resist, but in the end he couldn't. His wife didn't want smoke in the house so Paulie went to the swimming pool on the roof. Frank now had a clear view on Paulie and shot him while he was smoking.

And the moral of the story: Smoking will kill you!

After this little story I'd like to see the Punisher against Smokescreen. Just thinking about the possibilities of such a story as an anti-smoking comic cracks me up.

Smokescreen: "I'm Smokescreen and I will ruin your lungs with my power of smoke!"

Punisher: "I'm Frank and you will soon cough up blood."

Smokescreen looks into the sky and laughs hysterically.

Smokescreen: "Hahahaha! You will never defeat *cough* *cough* *cough* "

Punisher: "See?"

Punisher breaks the fourth wall/talks to a Watcher.

Punisher: "Don't smoke kids. It will ruin your health and soon you will cough up blood like this guy. Coughing up blood isn't cool and nobody wants to hang around with people like..."

A whiny voice interrupts Frank.

Smokescreen: " *cough* You punctured my lung. *cough* "

*crack*

Thanks Frank! I hate smokers too and there are too many around especially here were it is still cool to smoke. Idiots!

Clarifications:

Skinny Paulie Tartaglia and his wife have no known connections to

Mrs. Tartaglia

She was the over-dominant wife of Paul Tartaglia. Paul never had a chance against her. She hated smoke and Paulie was so afraid of her finding out that he smoked a cigarette that he went right into his death. Frank thought of her as a real tramp.
