History:
(Marvel Comics Presents#95/4) - Slayer observed the Hulk from his car when he entered Slayer's hometown Midville as Joe Fixit. Fourteen days later he started his first attack on
the Hulk at the city's scrapyard with an armor he rented from Justin Hammer. After one shot Slayer stopped his attack and told
the Hulk that his brother worked in a building the Hulk wrecked years ago in his rampaging days and now Slayer's brother took his meals through a tube. Slayer wanted
the Hulk dead for this, but not at that moment, and so Slayer left without killing
the Hulk. A few days later he attacked the Hulk somewhere in Las Vegas again and this time he was serious. He had
the Hulk already beaten, but the Hulk fan Johnny came by and attacked Slayer with his knapsack. Slayer wanted to kill him for this attack which gave
the Hulk time to recover. The Hulk was angered by Slayer's cowardly attempt to
kill a kid and seriously damaged the armor in the process. Slayer was able to
fly away after the Hulk missed him with a part of the destroyed wall. Slayer was gone, Johnny was saved and
the Hulk left.

"Rampaging" days of the the Hulk could be a reference to the Rampaging the Hulk comic series (the one from the 70s not the 90s).

Johnny has no known connection to:
Johnny was a boy from Midville. He met the Hulk in his Mr. Fixit persona when he ran through the streets following his remote-controlled model plane. His friends were afraid of the Hulk, but Johnny was a big the Hulk fan. He didn't care that the Hulk destroyed his model plane and promised not to tell anyone that he saw him. Johnny began to train after this meeting and fourteen days later he was already a real bully. He claimed to be the Hulk, destroyed other kid's bikes and attacked them for no reason. He was taught a lesson by his former friends who wanted him to be nice to them again and he learned his lesson. The next few days he became a good friend again. One night when he drove home from Las Vegas he came across a building and saw the Hulk being smashed through the wall by Slayer. Johnny smacked Slayer with his knapsack and Slayer wanted to kill him for this attack. The Hulk saved Johnny, but he wasn't thankful afterwards. Johnny now realized that the Hulk would always be alone and wished him good luck.
