History:

(Daredevil II#12 (fb) - BTS) - Andy, known as L'il Neo to his friends, tried to stay away from all the crime and evil in his neighborhood. He really took to Eddie Kelly, who ran the youth program, until Kelly mysteriously dropped out. One of the other kids, Larry, who was called Morph, wanted to toughen Andy up.

(Daredevil II#12) - While Andy thought about Mr. Kelly, Morph drew a gun and pointed it at Andy. Then they all saw Daredevil (Matt Murdock) and Echo battling across town and rushed to investigate. Andy saw Mr. Kelly up in the window and smiled at him.
