Khan.
History: (Agents of Atlas I#6 (fb) - BTS) - The Spirit Banner of Temujin was created on the plains of Mongolia using the hair of Genghis Khan's loyal horse. Once created, the Spirit Banner could only be held by the true descendants of Genghis Khan, as later chosen to be Jimmy Woo by the Yellow Claw.
(Agents of Atlas II#8 (fb) - BTS) - After the Yellow
Claw's niece Suwan dove into Atlas Foundation work following Atlas
losing track of her lover, Jimmy Woo, Suwan eventually came to command
Atlas' Asian forces but the Yellow Claw refused to offer Suwan the
Spirit Banner of Temujin due to her being a woman.
(Agents of Atlas I#1 (fb)) - When elderly S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jimmy Woo led a squad of problem agents into an Atlas Foundation headquarters, the agents found the Spirit Banner of Temujin behind a secret passage.
(Agents of Atlas I#2) - As the Spirit Banner of Temujin was alight on its pyre and surrounded by agents of the Atlas Foundation, the Yellow Claw viewed the rejuvenated Jimmy Woo on a video screen and noted that history had resumed its course and the Atlas Foundation was still strong.
(Agents of Atlas I#5 - BTS) - An image of the Spirit
Banner of Temujin was seen when Jimmy Woo's ally, the Human Robot,
displayed holographic images from the earlier, failed raid on the Atlas
Foundation led by the elderly Jimmy Woo.
(Agents of Atlas I#6/Atlas I#2 (fb)) - When Jimmy Woo and his allies passed the Atlas Foundation's gauntlet and were met by the lung dragon Mister Lao, Lao led them to the Spirit Banner of Temujin and explained that only a true Khan, one chosen by the Yellow Claw, could possess the Spirit Banner. After hearing Atlas' history and his role as chosen successor to the Yellow Claw, Jimmy Woo surprisingly accepted the offer of leadership over the Atlas Foundation. To prove his lineage, Woo was then asked to step forward and receive the Spirit Banner of Temujin. At first, the Spirit Banner burned Woo at a touch, but he managed to grasp hold of the Spirit Banner, remove it from its pyre and hold it high, proving his Khan lineage and new leadership of the Atlas Foundation.
(Agents of Atlas II#2 - BTS) - Upon being summoned as a successor to Jimmy Woo's leadership within the Atlas Foundation, Temugin, the son of Mandarin, viewed the Spirit Banner of Temujin and accepted the Atlas Foundation as his destiny.
(Agents of Atlas II#4 - BTS) - While the Agents of Atlas' mind was telepathically linked to Captain America ("Bucky" Barnes)'s, the Agents witnessed one of the Marvel Boy's memories in which Temugin claiming that it was his destiny to carry the Spirit Banner of Temujin, which Temugin called "the Spirit Banner of Gengh--" before the memory flashed to a different memory.
(Agents of Atlas II#9 - BTS) - Upon learning that
Suwan had once desired the Spirit Banner, Woo thought how Suwan
probably would not have really wanted the Spirit Banner of Temujin, as
it was extremely hot to the touch. When Woo remarked on that, Suwan,
now called the Jade Claw, replied that she would be ready when the time
came for her to possess the Banner. Realizing she now had an advantage
over the Atlas Foundation, the Jade Claw ordered her servant to inform
the Atlas Foundation that she would return Jimmy Woo in exchange for
the Spirit Banner of Temujin. Despite not really caring about the
Spirit Banner, Woo remarked that the Spirit Banner was part of what
kept the Atlas Foundation together and refused the Jade Claw's deal.
(Agents of Atlas II#10 - BTS) - After the Jade Claw declared war on the Atlas Foundation, Temugin informed Jimmy Woo that the Jade Claw's Great Wall society would not stop until they had the Spirit Banner of Temujin.
(Atlas I#2 - BTS) - An image of Jimmy Woo grasping
the flaming Spirit Banner appeared in the minds of the Agents of Atlas
as the Uranian telepathically showed the modern-day 3-D Man memories of
the Atlas Foundation's history.
