History:
(Ghost Rider III#41 (fb) - BTS) - At some point in the past Outcast apparently had a falling-out with Lilith and/or the other Lilin and left to wander Earth on his own.

(Ghost Rider III#41) - Outcast followed the call of Lilith to come to her aid in Greenland. She couldn't believe that of all her children it was him to answer her call, but Outcast made it clear that times had changed and he wished to be brought back into the fold. He knew what he had to do to help Lilith and ripped open her belly with his claws to see the most loyal Lilin (Blackout, Fang, Meatmarket, Nakota and Pilgrim) be reborn.

Later, Outcast witnessed the arrival of Centurious in Greenland. Centurious easily tossed aside Meatmarket and Fang before asking Lilith for an alliance. They shook hands, but Outcast angrily grabbed Centurious' hand and assured him that he wouldn't be as easily thrown aside like his brethren. Centurious was willing to test this claim at some point.

(Ghost Rider/Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance#14) - Outcast joined forces with Steel Wind and his fellow Lilin Fang, Meatmarket and Pilgrim in an attempt to abduct John Blaze. They were opposed by Blaze's friends from the Quentin Carnival. Outcast was run over by Ghost Rider before he could grab Blaze. Outcast was ready to fight Ghost Rider to get two parts of the Medallion of Power at the same time, but he was knocked down by Ghost Rider. Pilgrim suggested to flee because they were not supposed to get into a battle and opened a portal. He ordered Outcast to flee with them because the arrival of Ghost Rider had ruined their plan to just abduct Blaze, but Outcast got angry because he didn't want to be ordered around. Though he was reluctant to leave behind the Medallion of Power when it was nearly in their grasp Outcast went along after Steel Wind told him they needed to rethink their strategy and that he could argue about it with Lilith and Centurious.

(Ghost Rider III#43) - Outcast was standing next to Lilith when she got angry at Centurious for ordering her around like a servant girl to find Barbara Ketch.

Outcast joined Lilith, Blackout and Centurious when they teleported to a crypt in Cypress Hills Cemetery to get their hands on the pieces of the Medallion of Power. He witnessed Centurious get his hands on the Medallion and give rise to the demon Zarathos, who erupted from Centurious' form.

(Ghost Rider III#44) - Pilgrim teleported Lilith and her loyal children Fang, Meatmarket, Nakota and Outcast to Cypress Hills Cemetery to battle the Midnight Sons alongside Zarathos. They hunted the Midnight Sons until Doctor Strange blocked them with a mystic barrier and opened a portal to the Sanctum Sanctorum for the Midnight Sons and their allies. Zarathos joined the fray and the heroes fled and were brought to safety at the Sanctum Sanctorum by Doctor Strange.

(Morbius: The Living Vampire I#16) - When Martine Bancroft, controlled by the Lilin Parasite, shattered the mystic barrier from inside the Sanctum Sanctorum, the Lilin alongside their mother and Zarathos invaded Doctor Strange's home. Outcast participated in the attack on the Sanctum Sanctorum. During the battle he took Caretaker's shovel to the face and was later stabbed in the back by Blade after Outcast took his sword.

(Marvel Comics Presents I#144/1) - The battle at the Sanctum Sanctorum continued.

(Ghost Rider/Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance#17) - Outcast and the other Lilin continued their attack on the Midnight Sons after Doctor Strange had destroyed the Sanctum Sanctorum. Caretaker opened a mystic door as an escape route for the Midnight Sons and Outcast rushed toward it to stop them, but Ghost Rider pushed him away with one hand and couldn't prevent the Midnight Sons' escape.

Later at Cypress Hills Cemetery Ghost Rider and Blaze tried to sneak in, but were noticed by Outcast and Blackout, who immediately attacked them. Frank Drake blew up the ground beneath the two Lilin and Blade hit Outcast with two daggers. When Ghost Rider, Blaze and Vengeance joined forces to close the rift to the Shadowside, Lilith and her Lilin children were pulled back to their dimension, including Outcast.

(Marvel Comics Presents I#146/2) - In the Shadowside dimension Outcast hung out at the Shadow Saloon and had a drink with a fellow Lilin when Devil-Slayer arrived.

He was still at the bar when Devil-Slayer returned with Meatmarket, who had gotten into a fight with him that sent them through several dimensions.

Comments: Created by Howard Mackie, Ron Garney & Chris Ivy.

After Marvel Comics Presents I#144 the Sanctum Sanctorum was destroyed by Doctor Strange himself in Doctor Strange: Sorcerer Supreme#60 (December, 1993), but Outcast was nowhere to be seen. It is possible he took off to fight somewhere else or he hid behind the horde of unidentified Lilin.

Outcast was part of Ghost Rider action figure toyline by Toy Biz, which included a series of small six-page comic books. Outcast appeared in issues 8 and 9 of this 11 part series called Ghost Rider Special Edition. Though it would've been interesting to add information from this very obscure title to this profile it unfortunately doesn't work within Earth-616's continuity.
