History:
(Uncanny X-Men I#398 (fb) - BTS) - Harmony was cast out by her parents when she grew gills on her face. Hearing of a mutant sanctuary beneath the streets of London Harmony joined the Tunnel Dwellers, a group of outcast British mutants living in the tunnels underneath London.
(Uncanny X-Men I#398 (fb) - BTS) - Harmony spent a year with the London Tunnel Dwellers.
(Uncanny X-Men I#395 - BTS) - Harmony became pregnant by an identified man.
(Uncanny X-Men I#395) - The pregnant Harmony went into labor when three of the X-Men (Angel, Iceman and Nightcrawler) discovered their "home." Hearing a scream, Nightcrawler hurried to see what was happening and found the green-scaled Harmony giving birth while Clara, Scree and other mutants looked on. Nightcrawler successfully helped deliver the child, Harmony's first response, however, was if the baby had a normal human appearance. When the baby appeared to look human she was overjoyed. It didn't take long however, before the Tunnel Dwellers' leader, the one-eyed man named Cyclops, attacked to scare the X-Men off. With the X-Men gone, Harmony proudly showed her baby to her friends Burning Puddle, Carla, Double Helix and Miss Saccharine and witnessed the arrival of Church of Humanity assassin Mister Clean (Paul Botham). Clean, calling himself the genetic cleanser, was hellbent on wiping out all mutants, starting with the Dwellers. He first killed their leader Cyclops and four of his aides, which caused Harmony and the others to panic and run for their lives. Clean then proceeded to pick them off one by one.
(Uncanny X-Men I#397 - BTS) - Harmony's friend Clara became the baby's godmother.
(Uncanny X-Men I#397) - Having survived the initial assault, Harmony joined a number of Dwellers, including Clara and Double Helix, as they made their way through the service tunnels in an attempt to get out of London. En route, the group discussed if the mutant who had helped Harmony deliver her baby could have been an X-Man. However, none of them knew how to recognize one. The group ventured on when a little while later Nightcrawler teleported himself, Angel and Iceman to their exact location and offered to help the Dwellers against Mister Clean.
(Uncanny X-Men I#398) - Now under the protection of the X-Men, Harmony and the other Tunnel Dweller survivors were nevertheless eventually tracked down by Mister Clean. However, Iceman protected the band of mutants with a wall of ice that kept Harmony and company safe while Clean was stuck in a corner of the tunnel with the feral X-Man Wolverine who killed the killer by burning him with his own flamethrower. In the aftermath, the X-Men offered the Tunnel Dwellers sanctuary at Charles Xavier's Institute. Figuring they were not cut out to join a crusade, the Dwellers declined the offer. They revealed their plans to head for the suburbs where they were hoping to live out their lives in peace but not before finally giving her baby a name, Hope.

Mr. Clean wiping out the London Tunnel Dwellers was, of course, an homage to 1986's famed Mutant Massacre during which the Marauders butchered most of the Morlocks who lived in New York's sewers.
The London Tunnel Dwellers also appeared in the X-Men Novel X-Men: Watchers on the Walls (May, 2006) during the Chlorite invasion of Earth. Tunnel Dwellers who appeared in the novel were Nessie, Madcow and Spiny Norman.
Harmony, as part of the Morlocks, received a handbook profile in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A-Z#7 (March, 2009).
