DR. DEXTER
Real Name: Dexter (first name unrevealed)
Identity/Class: Human;
presumably U.K.
citizens
Occupation: Scientist
Group Membership: Gena-Sys
Affiliations: Dr. Oonagh Mullarkey, Tektos (Bubble, Fractal, Fugue, Karbon, Shrapnel, Tattoo), Dr. Wright
Enemies: Genetix (Base/Hiro Sokuto, Ridge/Tim Holloway, Shift/Clifton Joseph, Stinger/Blodwen Reese, Vesper/Raani Jatwinder)
Known Relatives: None
Aliases: None
Base of Operations: Gena-Sys Laboratories, London, U.K.
First Appearance: Genetix#3 (December 1993)
Powers/Abilities: Dr. Dexter is a scientist of an unspecified discipline; given he works for Oonagh Mullarkey and Gena-Sys, it's probably something in the genetics fields and he'd have to be pretty good or he wouldn't have lived long with those employers.
Height:
5'2" (by estimation)
Weight: 110 lbs. (by estimation)
Eyes: Unrevealed
Hair: Gray, balding
History:
(Genetix#3 (fb) - BTS) - Dr. Dexter worked for Gena-Sys, a subdivision
of Mys-Tech that specialized in experimenting with genetics in an
attempt to create superhuman operatives. He operated at least part of
his time in conjunction with Dr. Wright and under Dr. Oonagh Mullarkey,
and was apparently responsible for briefing, and perhaps the original
empowering, of the members of the Tektos team of super-powered
operatives.
(Genetix#3) - Instructed to brief Tektos on their next mission, Dexter and Wright accompanied Mullarkey to Tektos' "wreck-room" in Gena-Sys' base, and listened as she warned them to make no mistakes as they had on their last, when they had failed to capture escaped for Gena-Sys operatives Genetix.
(Genetix#3 - BTS) - Dexter and Wright instructed Tektos to assault STORM (Special Task Force Omega Response Mandate) headquarters in North Wales, where the super-team Gene Dogs were based.
(Genetic#5) - Tektos captured Genetix, and they were imprisoned in the Psight Corp Annex at Gena-Sys. At 4a.m. Mullarkey arrived to interrogate them, accompanied once more by Dexter and Wright. They watched wordlessly as she argued with the unrepentant Genetix members.
(Genetic#5 - BTS) - Dexter and Wright were presumably still present when Genetix broke free of their restraints moments later, but either fell victim to the energy discharge Genetix's Base generated to break his teammates free, or else wisely took cover to avoid being caught up in the resultant battle between Genetix, Tektos and the base's guards.

Full disclosure - we don't know for sure
which one is Dexter and which is Wright. I've assumed that since
Mullarkey named them in that order in the panel they were introduced
they are also that order in presentation in said panel, going left to
right. But honestly, it's a fifty/fifty guess. If I'm wrong then all the
details remain identical, apart from swapping the pictures and the
physical stat information, as they aren't seen doing anything separate
from one another.
Not a lot to go on for estimating his height, given he only appears in four panels, but there is one panel where he's standing more or less next to Oonagh Mullarkey, and we've got panels of her standing next to characters whose heights are known, such as Killpower, so it's still possible to get a very approximate idea of his height. He presumably stood a little straighter and taller in his youth, but age has bent him over a bit.
